Our farm field trips

provide students with an interactive and energetic experience at our Red Barn Farmstand, including a tour of a working plot at adjoining Twin Bridge Farms, hands-on educational activities, a healthy cooking demonstration and snack break. Students will have a chance to see how food goes from the ground to the store and onto our plates!

Depending on time allotted and group size, we typically set up three or four stations and break the students into small groups, rotating the groups through each station. The event finishes with an interactive cooking demo and group snack. Students, teachers and chaperones are welcome to bring a sack lunch and make use of our Farm Lawn and picnic tables.
