Event tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend yourself, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. (In the event of the cancellation of an event by the Red Barn or event host, refunds or exchanges will be offered.) Purchases of food items are non-refundable for reasons other than spoilage upon delivery. Non-perishable, non-food purchases may be exchanged for a like item if received in damaged condition.
